Students Partner with Veterans
What We Are
A club connecting students with Veterans across the US
The Students Partner with Veterans Club builds partnerships between students and Veterans. It helps students learn from veterans' responsibility, courage, perseverance, and collaboration; improves students' stress-resilience; preserves the living history of our veterans; encourages students to volunteer at VAs and Veteran organizations; and supports Veterans.
What We Do
The SPV Club collaborates with numerous organizations including the American Legion and Veteran of Foreign Wars Outposts to help our community of Veterans and our Active Duty Military troops. Members attend and volunteer at various events such as:
Interviews with Veterans to share their stories.
Listening to Veterans speak at schools of all levels.
Volunteer at several events, ranging from packaging food for Navy officers to helping run games at a fair.
These brave men and women risked everything to protect us and our freedoms. We strive to give back to our heroes the best we possibly can.
